Simple Power Inverter Circuit. Using PIC12F508A 12V TO 230V


This project is very simple for every one to make. It's very beautiful with it's minimal component design with out compromising any degradation in performance.The heart of this project is a low cost Microcontroller available in the market.which is configured as a 50 hz square wave oscillator.

Steps to Follow

  •  Download the design files and extract with winrar. It will ask for a password just enter MADEB36970 
  • After the extraction you get HEX file of firmware and pdf files of PCB Layot's and Circuit Diagram.
  • Print the bottom PCB Layout in actual size A4 using Laser printer on a photo glossy paper.
  • Then Make the PCB  and Assemble the components as per the Circuit diagram and PCB Top Layout's.
  • If you are a beginner in making PCB at home  Watch This or This video. 
  • After finishing the circuit board assembly.program the Firmware to the MCU PIC12F508A using pickit2 programming software and programmer.
  • Then place the MCU to the Circuit board IC socket properly.
  • Wire the circuit as per the circuit diagram and PCB Layout's.
  • Use 12 v 7Ah battery or above to power the circuit. 
  • Use 12.0.12v /5A or above Step up Transformer. or Use Step down Transformer after inverting the primary and secondary coils.
